Leadership York's Board Development services increase the effectiveness of individuals already serving in leadership positions. Training on good governance is provided to nonprofit board members and executive directors through:

• Lunch ON Board and Leadership Roundtable training workshops.
• The Nonprofit Leadership Academy to enable top nonprofit executives to strengthen their leadership competencies.
• Customized training and technical assistance available for individual organizations and associations.
• The Leadership York Resource Library - We have over 200 reference books available to help nonprofit staff and board members strengthen their organizations. Area organizations may borrow library resources at no charge. Email the Leadership York Office at info@leadershipyork.org to arrange pickup.

Lunch ON Board Seminars are scheduled during the fall, winter and spring from 11:45 to 1:30 p.m. The price of $30 per person includes lunch and materials.
