Mentorship York is a 12-month program that allows emerging leaders to meet with prominent executives in an intimate and open setting, preparing them to become the next generation of community leaders. Each Mentee is assigned to a Mentor, with whom they meet at least 6 times throughout the year. The group also gathers monthly and is hosted by one Mentor. This allows all Mentees to gain knowledge and insight from all of the Mentors in the program.
