Wilda Reahm-Alessi
Executive Director
Wilda began her tenure as Leadership York's Executive Director in June 2016. Prior to joining our staff, she worked for the York County Economic Alliance for over 12 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. Wilda was named a Forty Under 40 in 2013 and graduated from the Leadership Training Program in 2009 and Mentorship York in 2015 as well as the Leadership Development Network in 2013.
Wilda currently serves at President-Elect and HR Committee Chair for the Rotary Club of York, co-chair of the Leadership Development Workgroup for the York County Nonprofit Collaborative, and member of the Education Committee and board member of the Shine Music Foundation. She is a member of United Way’s Women United and is a Sustainer of the Junior League of York. Her past service includes the Leadership Council and Community Engagement Committee of Healthy York, District Grants Committee for Rotary District 7390, Her Traditions Women’s Council, Secretary for the York Literacy Institute Board of Directors and President of the Junior League of York.
Wilda loves helping people connect with their passions to make a real impact in the York community. Living downtown, she enjoys the vibrant, walkable lifestyle, and in her free time, you might find her catching up with friends or skydiving for a thrill!
Angela Ang-Alhadeff
Administrative Coordinator
Angela joined the staff at Leadership York in June 2017. She is a graduate of Smith College, the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Loyola University Maryland. In addition to being the Administrative Coordinator, Angela serves the York and Lancaster communities through board service for Leg Up Farm/Able-Services and Lancaster Country Day School and serves on several committees. She is a Past President and former Treasurer of the Junior League of York and has served on the YWCA York and United Way of York County boards.
Angela looks forward to sharing her leadership experiences and her enthusiasm for community service.
Kathy Deisley
Future Leaders of York Program Coordinator
Kathy joined the staff of Leadership York in July of 2022. She has worked in public education for thirty years in a variety of positions including middle school and high school English teacher, gifted support teacher, supervisor of staff development and federal programs, supervisor of secondary English Language Arts, and Supervisor of Secondary Curriculum. She holds a BS.Ed and M.Ed from Penn State University and has earned K-12 principal, English department supervisor, and K-12 curriculum supervisor certifications through Millersville University. To serve the community, Kathy is on the board of the Kaltreider-Benfer library in Red Lion.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and playing tennis.
Eric Hoffman
Leadership For Diverse Schools Program Coordinator
Eric joined the Leadership York staff in June of 2019. Eric is a retired teacher having taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grades in the York Suburban School District. He currently works for York County Children's Advocacy Center as an Education Facilitator. He has also been an adjunct teacher at York College teaching in the education department. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree and elementary teaching certificate from York College, a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Millersville University, and an elementary-principal certificate from Western Maryland College. He is also a 2008 graduate of Leadership for Diverse Schools and has been called upon to speak at LDS classes and at the Leadership Training Program. Eric serves on the board of directors for both the Children's Home of York and Big Brothers Big Sosters of York and Adams Counties. He also volunteers with York County Juvenile Probation as a member of the youth diversionary panel.
Eric enjoys working with educators and helping them to improve educational opportunities for the students of York County.
Kraig Hursh
Leadership Development Coordinator
Kraig has been associated with Leadership York since 2006. He is a graduate of the Leadership Training Program class of 2007 and served on Leadership York's board of directors from 2007 to 2014, including a term as president from 2012 to 2013. He holds a degree in Merchandising from International Fine Arts College and a Chef’s Diploma from The French Culinary Institute. Kraig also holds a certificate in Servant Leadership from Cornell University.
In addition to being the Leadership Development Coordinator, Kraig is a full-time REALTOR and has been for 20+ years. He is currently a board member with Affordable Housing Advocates and serves on their Governance Committee and the Project and Facilities Committee. His previous community work includes Habitat for Humanity, DreamWrights Center for Community Arts, Planned Parenthood, and the REALTOR’s Association of York and Adams Counties (RAYAC), where he chaired several committees and served as the 2010 board president. Kraig is the proud recipient of the 2012 REALTOR of the Year for RAYAC and 2012 Preserving the Trust Award from Berkshire Hathaway, which is awarded each year for achievements in community outreach.
Kraig is excited about sharing his local knowledge and leadership experience with the LTP classes and knows that training individuals in accepting leadership roles in our community are key to a better community.
Kim Lentz
Program & Event Coordinator
Kim has been involved in the York County community for over 30 years, in roles with The Barry Group, Susquehanna Real Estate, York County Economic Alliance and most recently United Way of York County where she retired after 5 years leading the annual workplace campaign. She has served on boards including Downtown Inc, YWCA and The Appell Center; and currently chairs the City of York General Authority.
Kim enjoys spending her free time cycling, hiking, and spending time with her family and two English Setters. She and her husband Mark live in downtown York and frequently visit the city's many restaurants, shops and events.
