Application Process

Mentorship York is the only competitive application program of Leadership York.  Up to 12 qualified professionals are selected annually. The ideal candidates are those who have experienced clear professional success, engaged in a significant level of community service, held volunteer leadership positions, and have clearly articulated goals.

The application requires a clear description of accomplishments and goals, and prompts are noted on the application.  

If accepted into the program, mentees must pay a fee of $150 for a strengths evaluation. Tuition of $1,250 is due by orientation in January. Scholarship opportunities are available on an as needed basis and must be requested with the application.
