CONNECT is a new leadership development experience designed for professionals who work with and for children, offered in the fall and spring. Whether you serve in a school, nonprofit, government agency, or community organization, CONNECT will equip you with the tools to lead with purpose, empathy, and effectiveness.

In a rapidly evolving world, children need strong, compassionate leaders who understand their challenges and are prepared to support their growth, resilience, and success.

The mission of CONNECT is to equip educators with the critical skills of self-reflection, cultural knowledge, and best practices to create transformative learning environments to ensure student success.

Who is Invited to Participate?

CONNECT is designed for:

  • Educators and school leaders

  • Professionals serving youth

  • Counselors, caseworkers, and support staff

  • Community advocates and agency leaders

If you work in a role that impacts the lives of children or youth, CONNECT is for you.
